  • How long does it takes?
    Depends on the shipping mode you have chosen. For Portugal and Spain , shipments are delivered on average between 1-2 working days after dispatch. For the rest of the world, our customers can choose Standard or Express shipping and the delivery time varies depending on the location and option chosen (you can check the average delivery time at checkout). Please note that personalised orders can take up to 1 week to be dispatched. NOTE: The average delivery times are provided by the carriers and do not depend on us.
  • Do you have sales?
    We do not. We offer all our customers the best products at the best prices, all year round. One of our mottos is to bring luxury at an affordable price. So we believe it would be unfair to customers who trust on us all year round, to offer the same products at a much cheaper price for a short period of time. We also believe that some seasonal campaigns are a great incentive to impulse consumption, leading consumers to buy products unnecessarily. Which is not at all what we intend. We want to be as sustainable as possible and offer pyjamas that last a lifetime.
  • Do your pyjamas fit larger or smaller?
    Our pyjamas are true to size, but if you are in doubt between two sizes, we would tell you to go up a size, as pyjamas should always be comfortable! You can compare our sizes in our size chart, but if you are still in doubt please email us at info@undersleepwear.com
  • Which carriers ship my pyjamas?
    Our packages are sent with MRW (to Portugal and Spain) and DHL for the rest of the world. This way we can guarantee a better quality in the delivery service and a thorough follow-up all along the way. As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package and not suffer too much with the anxiety of getting your pyjamas.
  • Why don't you have a wider size range?
    We would love you all to feel beautiful and comfortable in our pyjamas, and our long-term goal is to extend our chart to all sizes. However, as we are also a slow fashion brand, we only produce small quantities so that there is no overstock. Therefore, we try to make our size chart as inclusive as possible within our range.
  • Until when can I exchange my Christmas presents?
    This Christmas season, items purchased before 25 December will have an extended exchange/return period until 15 January, ensuring that you comply with all the requirements imposed for exchanges/returns to be accepted.
